Today I have a super quick and affordable tutorial for you.
Back in the summer I created this vibrant purple smokey eye but I never actually got round to filming it until yesterday!
Even if I don't like a product I try to find some use for it as I don't want to waste my money. If you read my review on the Maybelline Colour Tattoo's you will know I didn't like the "Painted Purple" one. However this combined with shadows from my E.L.F 32 piece palette, the end result turned out pretty well.
Neither products work well on their own, the eyeshadows need a base to give them something to stick to and also to appear more vibrantly while the base needs the eyeshadow to prevent creasing.
So using the two, here is what I came up with!
