Two failed makeup looks and 8 hours later I am now in the process of uploading this tutorial..what a day! I know I don't do a lot of neutral makeup looks purely because I don't wear neutral makeup on an everyday basis, so I decided to spice this neutral smokey eye up with a funky cut crease and a pink lip :) That way we both win haha!
