Lush Butterball Bath Bomb Review

Hey Everyone!
Hope you all are well :)

As you all know I adore smelly things.
Candles, perfumes anything that smells good I'll have.
As I said in my Lush haul, I went into Lush before Christmas.
One of the lovely members of staff Eimear, helped me pick out a bath bomb that would suit my sensitive skin and sooth my eczema.
She picked out this gorgeous vanilla scented bath bomb called 'Butterball'

When I popped the bath bomb into the bath it fizzed around my entire bath dissolving into creamy chunks of cocoa butter.
Once I dropped the bath bomb in the bath I expected it just to sink to the bottom of the bath and dissolve there. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't, it coated the entire bath in buttery goodness.

As I said I'm prone to dry skin, my skin is very sensitive and I have frequent out breaks of eczema. As a daily moisturiser I use the Palmers Cocoa Butter.
I adore the smell of cocoa butter it doesn't irritate my skin, it hydrates it and leaves it feeling like silk. Naturally, I was excited to see that there were chunks of cocoa butter hidden inside this bath bomb.

If you look closely, the little brown flecks are the cocoa butter.
While I was soaking in the bath I rubbed the chunks of coca butter into my skin.
I cannot even explain to you how good it smelt, let alone felt...
 it was absolute bliss!
I got out of the bath, towel dried myself and hopped into some new pajamas.
My skin once dried was still so silky and soft to touch.
It was the kind of silkiness you got when you apply baby oil to your skin.
However the skin didn't feel oily to the touch.

The bath bomb retails at approximately €3.95.
I would highly recommend this bath bomb for anyone who has very dry/sensitive skin. It's lovely and soothing :)

Have you tried any of the Lush bath bombs? Let me know!
Talk soon,
Eimear x
